1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items, such as hygiene products, consumables, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

- Discounted or clearance items
- Opened or used personal care products (e.g., razors, combs, aftershaves)
3. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact us at info@barbershopnijmegen.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
5. Exchanges

6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damage to process your claim efficiently.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
